Full Support services are designed to provide comprehensive support and monitoring of your entire network (server to end user) without any billing surprises. A ‘fixed fee’ provides you with a flat monthly fee based on the number of users within your organisation + Server instances. Per person may have up to 3 devices each supported (e.g. Desktop, mobile and tablet). No call out fee from Brisbane City to Logan areas.
Monitoring support services will allow the base monitoring for your IT services, any IT Services or Support carried out after this will be at a hourly fee with 1 hour minimal charge on site and 30 min for remote services + callout fee.
Break / Fix - adhoc support. IT Services or Support at your premises with 1 hour minimal charge on site and 30 min for remote services + callout fee. This is the putting out the fires plan.
